OUR ROOMS
We have three fully self-contained and elaborately detailed lodges with open spaces and outdoor facilities overlooking the stunning vista of Lake Karapiro, the farm and surrounding mountains.
The Hamptons has four sumptuous king suites and a twin room providing accommodation for 10 guests. This lodge has a modern country chic feel enhanced by a light-filled living area that opens to a large deck overlooking the lake.
The Huntington is elaborately decorated with warm tones throughout and two luxury king-size bedrooms with expansive views. There is also a downstairs cabin room with an adjoining lounge area, leading outside to the beautiful gardens.
The newly completed Lakeview Boat Shed has direct lake access and a luxurious rustic charm with unique decor and top quality amenities. The Boat Shed can accommodate up to 8 guests within three stunning bedrooms, all with lake views. Suitable as overflow accommodation
for the Lodges.

The Lakeview continental breakfast is included in the rate to enjoy at your leisure.

Lounge provides flat screen TV, Netflix, DVD collection, sound system, study nook, complimentary Wi-Fi.
Laundry & Linen
Laundry with complimentary use of washing machine and dryer, drying racks, iron and ironing board. Linen supplied including crisp sheets, feather duvets & plush towels.
Garden
Gardens providing vegetables, herbs and citrus trees – for your full use during your stay.
Kitchens
Kitchens fully equipped with all you may need to create and serve your desired cuisine. We have catering options available on request, 72 hours notice is required.
BOUTIQUE GROUPS
Lakeview Lodge is a luxury accommodation venue and ideal for small groups as we can cater for up to 30 guests.
The Huntington can accommodate up to 12 within two luxury king bedrooms and a downstairs cabin room.
In the adjoining Hamptons lodge we cater for 10 guests within four king bedrooms and a twin share room.
There is also the option to have walk-through access to both lodges and all king suites can be made twin share.
Located lakeside just a few minutes from the main lodge, The Lakeview Boat Shed is our newest retreat with
additional bespoke accommodation for up to 8 guests.
We are a truly unique destination for special occasions, family celebrations, wedding stays and small corporate retreats or conferences.

FARM TOURS
Here at Lakeview Lodge Karapiro we have the unique opportunity to offer Farm Experiences for our guests on our adjoining farm -
Lake Farm and near neighbours from the Lodge.
Each tour is led by Joanne Leigh, who holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Science, with 1st Class Honours.
Joanne has a hands-on approach to farming and a zest for life with roles consulting both on the domestic and international stage
Our guests will be well catered for with tours adapted to suit everyone from a gentle pat with Big Red our friendly cow or
a more in-depth insight into dairy and sheep farming.
